SHIPPING POLICY
Dead Youth Society products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please allow time for both production and shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Most orders require approximately 3–5 business days for production before they are shipped. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available shipping method.
The shipping price and available delivery options displayed during checkout are determined based on the items in your order and destination.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Production time may be separate from carrier transit time. Orders may therefore require several business days for production before being transferred to the shipping carrier.
Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Dead Youth Society may ship to international destinations where shipping service is available.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
